1. Dubrovnik, Croatia
A popular honeymoon destination, Dubrovnik is one of the most romantic cities in Europe. The beautiful old town and sea side location make it the perfect city to visit for a couples retreat. The entire city of Dubrovnik is a UNESCO heritage site and one of the most well-preserved Medieval cities in the world. This makes for a stunning scenery. Watch the sun set from Fort Bokar (a shooting location in Game of Thrones, if you happen to be fans of the show) for a romantic setting to propose or just enjoy being together.
