January is a month of new resolutions and the number of people who embark on a vegan diet sky rockets in the first month of the year. Now that we have entered February, stats have been released that show how consumers have embraced this diet in different parts of the UK. In our UK city guides, it is often clear which areas of the country have more vegetarian and vegan restaurants than others and this research is an interesting view on that.
